- Cash bail is taken 24 hours a day at the facility.
- Nisqually does not accept credit cards or personal checks — this catches people out, and it is the single most useful thing to know before setting off.
- Money can also be left at the kiosk in the front lobby, or sent as a money order to the facility address.
- Nisqually also holds people arrested in Olympia, under an agreement with the city.
What we need from you
You do not need any of this to ring us — we can start with a name. It just makes the call shorter.
- The full name of the person in custody, and their date of birth if you have it.
- Which facility is holding them.
- The bail amount, if it has been set. If it has not, we will find out.
- Proof of income for whoever is signing — a job is the credit check.
- Photo ID for the signer.
